Okuryangava nurses suspended for negligence

WINDHOEK - Two nurses at the Okuryangava clinic who allegedly refused to attend to a 24-year-old woman in labour, who subsequently gave birth at the gate of the clinic, have been suspended with immediate effect pending a disciplinary procedure.

Africa Motto’s NPL promotion not yet finalised …Rukoro clears confusion

WINDHOEK – Contrary to reports that Oshakati’s Africa Motto Football Club has gained promotion to the Namibia Premier League (NPL) at the expense of overall winners Military School (MS) Okahandja Football Club, NFA secretary-general Barry Rukoro late yesterday shot down such reports and said the issue is still enjoying the attention of his office and a final decision will be communicated in due course.

Congresses to spotlight agricultural sector
