Artist’s impression to aid Ujaha murder investigation

The Namibian police have released an artist’s rendition on the clothes that late Cheryl Avihe Ujaha, 9, was last seen wearing. Her dismembered remains were discovered in a riverbed in Katutura three days after she went missing from her home not far from Clemence Kapuuo Street on August 26.

Rundu businessman kills suspected robber

RUNDU - A man is recovering in the Rundu Intermediate Hospital from several stab wounds after surviving a knife attack which inflicted deep wounds on the right side of his chest, below the left armpit and on both hands. He was stabbed while he fought off a gang of knife-wielding thugs.

NAPWU declares NIMT retrenchments illegal

WALVIS BAY - Some of the about 40 workers retrenched from the Namibian Institute of Mining and Technology (NIMT) and their union have vowed to challenge the retrenchments as well as seek intervention from the highest office in the country as it was not done in accordance with the Labour Act.

Sports Commission spits venom at Hockey Union
