Slight drop in unemployment rate – NSA
WINDHOEK- Namibian’s unemployment rate decreased slightly by 0.6 percent, from 34 percent in 2016 to 33.4 percent in 2018, this is according to Statistician General Alex Shimuafeni who noted unemployment remains “very high” in the Kavango East, Kunene, Omaheke and Zambezi regions.
