Katti acquires cannabis licence in Lesotho
WINDHOEK – The Lesotho government has granted Namibian businessman Knowledge Katti and his Mosotho partner Thabo Ntai a licence to cultivate, manufacture and supply cannabis, in line with the kingdom nation’s laws.
