Kabbe villagers cut off by floods

Kabbe South constituency councillor John Likando says due to the heavy floods in the area, many residents have been cut off and are unable to reach town for basic essential services and goods due to the rising Zambezi River, which currently stands over seven metres.

Fishrot accused suffer another setback

An attempt by former Cabinet ministers Bernhardt Esau, Sacky Shanghala and four others implicated in the Fishrot scandal to get their warrants of arrest declared unlawful and subsequently be released from police custody was dismissed by the High Court last week.
