Diplomacy is the main instrument of foreign policy and global governance, which represents the broader goals and strategies that guide a state’s interactions with the rest of the world. 

Our country needs drastic and immediate interventions by all the concerned and affected parties if we are serious about improving the social and economic conditions of our citizens. 

The increasing number of private higher learning institutions with their somewhat accommodative admission scales, coincidently with the introduction of the new curriculum with two exist points, has created a market for these private institutions to flourish.

It is reported that whenever members of the public approach police officers to state their facts concerning them, by swearing upon such facts before police officers because the law requires that such swearing/oath should be administered by a commissioner of oaths, sadly, police officers misinterpret this.
